Government
City Design is proud to serve Federal, State, and Local government clients nationwide. We provide government agencies with a variety of services, from simple remodel and trade-specific projects, to full-scale environmental remediation, to large design and build endeavors. All projects include sustainable materials and techniques to the full extent allowed by our clients.
Examples of our clients in 2009 include the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (Utah), the USDA Forest Service (Arizona), the City of Lakewood, and the Jefferson County Public Schools. Within the past few months, City Design has performed government building remodeling, EPA and OSHA-certified lead remediation, ADA-compliant ramp engineering and construction, exterior school painting, and recreation center exterior facade improvements on behalf of these clients. Examples of the sustainable materials and techniques that we have used in the performance of these projects include: low or no-VOC paints, material recycling, beetle kill pine, low-e windows, and recycled concrete.
