Remodeling and Retrofitting: T. St. Project
A full-scale stage-by-stage interior remodel for a private client in Washington, DC (2006-2008). To work around the client's busy schedule, City Design performed the remodel in segments over a period of two years.
We converted an unfinished basement into a one-bedroom apartment, performed a bathroom and kitchen remodel on the main level, re-wired the electrical system for superior A/V performance and connectivity (including recess speakers), and created a new exterior back deck and patio.
