Design & Build: Mendoza 270

Construction on this Modern Mexican stunner began in spring 2012 despite the challenges of rocky foundational terrain and rainy weather. The completed home features 3 levels with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, with the upper levels boasting exquisite views of the pastoral hills all around. An open floorplan and interior garage add to the charm of this home.

The supporting structure is made entirely of metal with a spacious roofdeck made of concrete thicker and more structurally sound than required by international codes.
